Three Richmond police officers are indicted... accused of misconduct involving a possible witness.

Sergeant James Rogers, and Officers Garry Murphy and Brian Hensley are accused of trying to influence the testimony of a woman who initially accused them of sexually assaulting her in October.
She later recanted her statement.

All three have been on administrative leave since the allegations were made.

The Richmond police department will not comment because it's a pending criminal case.
