State police are on the scene, after a shooting at an apartment complex in Brodhead, in Rockcastle County.
Police say the shooting occurred around 8:30 p.m. Thursday night along Bustle Street. The victim, 36-year-old Larry Bingham, was sent to UK hospital. Police have arrested 67-year-old James Cromer.
Police say the two were arguing when the shooting took place.
