Seven Lexington firefighters who are part of hurricane disaster relief efforts are headed to South Carolina.
The firefighters are part of the Lexington Division of Fire and Emergency Service's search and rescue team.
They were sent to Mississippi last weekend as part of FEMA's advance preparation for Hurricane Gustav.
On Wednesday, they traveled to Atlanta for Tropical Storm Hanna.
Hanna is forcing many vacationers in the Carolinas to head inland.
