| Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure |

Randall Lockhart, 46, is accused of masturbating several times while naked in his front yard. Neighbors say he would also do it in front of open windows. Authorities say Lockhart lives with his elderly mother. He was indicted this week on indecent exposure and drug possession. Police say when they arrived to arrest Lockhart, they found him naked in his closet with cocaine in his room. Police say Lockhart admitted to the crime. Lockhard is a persistent felony offender with a prior convicted for cocaine.
