According to the report, five counties, Bell, Clinton, Magoffin, Owsley and Whitley have all averaged more than four prescriptions for controlled substances per resident. Officials with the office of drug control policy say there is concern because the more prescription drugs dispensed, the greater the chances are for abuse. Trackback ( 0 )
