The storms system that brought us the rain showers Thursday morning will stall and spin off the Jersey shore for the next 36 hours and deliver a breezy, damp, cool airmass into the Commonwealth right into Saturday afternoon. Highs temps will top out in the mid 40's and lows will fall into the mid 30's by Saturday morning. We'll see a dramatic turnaround in our weather fortunes begin to kick in on Sunday.
