 A dump truck drive won't face criminal charges for a deadly crash involving a school bus.
Francisco Yulfo's truck sideswiped a school bus on Kentucky 22 in Pendleton County on May 1.
The accident killed 16 year old Daniel Wood.
Wednesday, a grand jury decided not to indict Yulfo for Wood's death.
But, Yulfo is still facing the civil lawsuit Wood's parents filed against him and the trucking company that employed him.
