A popular Burgin business is now a pile of rubble.
The 'Trading Post' -- a combination gas station, convenience store, and deli -- caught fire and burned Wednesday night. Many say it's not just a business, but a place that gave them a sense of community.
The fire began around 5:30 Wednesday afternoon. It started in the back of the building. The fire department says it didn't take long for the building to be engulfed. Fire officials say it was likely an electric problem.
The store was 25 years old. Seven people were in the store at the time, but they escaped without injury. The Trading Post employed 15 people.
