The Kentucky Association of Counties revealed 18 new reform policies after a series of Herald-Leader stories spotlighted extravagant spending. Expensive hotel rooms, trips to strip clubs, and gifts were purchased.Among the new reforms: limits on meal spending, a $100 limit on gifts, and a ban on personal spending with credit cards.
