Threatening Note Found in School

The Woodford County Superintendent says a generic “threatening note” was found inside a locker at Woodford County Middle School. When the note was found, the school was evacuated and was searched by police and fire units.

Responders who investigated found nothing suspicious inside the building.

When the building was given the “all clear” for students and staff to return, it was time for dismissal.

Officials are still investigating to determine who wrote the note.
