Michelle Rauch
She eventually moved to her station's headquarters in Sherman, Texas where she was a reporter, producer and anchor.

Michelle is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in her hometown of Dallas. Even though she is a proud native Texan she is equally proud of her Kentucky ties.  Her extended family lives in Germantown and Covington and her mother is a U.K. graduate.

Michelle is an active volunteer in the community.  She is on the board of directors of the Woodford Humane Society, is a member of the Junior League, and volunteers for Junior Achievement.  She is also a past member of the Chrysalis House board of directors.

Michelle has won several awards for her reporting during her career.   She is a three time Emmy Nominee and won her first Emmy in 2007.

In 2005 she won a regional Edward R. Murrow award for her three part special report on the police pay crisis in Lexington.

Michelle is a big dog lover and in her free time enjoys photography, scrapbooking, rubber stamping/card making.  She has recently taken an interest in flea market shopping where she says you can get a good deal on some great finds!
