It was a late, but sweet night for former Wildcat Joe Crawford. The Los Angeles Lakers selected Crawford in the second round of the NBA draft.
Crawford's gritty play and leadership were huge reasons why the Cats made the NCAA tournament last year.
Crawford told Action News 36 he was "sweating bullets" the night he was drafted. But now, he's looking forward to getting started with his career.
Former fellow Wildcat, Ramel Bradley. was not drafted.
